Step-by-Step Guide to Understanding and Using the WIKI

• On the sidebar to the right, you will find a navigation bar (titled NAVIGATOR).

• Click on the current school year (2016-2017) and you will see a list of grades. Each grade has been given it's own folder. For the Elementary students, you will find two pages for each grade (Arabic/Qur'an, and Islamic Studies). For the Middle/High students, each teacher has their own page (1st period, 2nd period, and 3rd period), so you will find three pages within the folder for your grade.

• On each individual page, you will find your child's teachers name and email address, followed by a table for homework and other communication. The table will be updated each week (no later than Tuesday evening) with information concerning homework, special events, or other pertinent information.

• If your teacher has included any FILES that need to be downloaded and printed, you can find these materials under your same class folder. The default view is set to PAGES - so just click on the word FILES, and it will take you to that folders files that have been uploaded. Afterwards, just click back on PAGES and it will take you back to the normal view for all of the classes.

• The Navigator will allow you to move seamlessly throughout the WIKI. Since there will be many pages and resources throughout, there may be times when you seem to be "lost". I encourage you to bookmark your child's folder page, so each time you visit the website, you'll be taken straight to their folder.
